Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SEF Ventures ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you connect a WHOOP account to ShaneOS (the "Service").

Information we collect

With your authorization, the Service may access information from your WHOOP account, including profile information, physiological cycles, recovery, sleep, workouts, and body measurements. We also receive the OAuth credentials needed to maintain the connection. We do not receive your WHOOP password.

How we use information

We use this information only to provide the Service, generate personal health and fitness summaries, maintain data freshness, troubleshoot the integration, and improve its reliability. The Service is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Sharing and sale of information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use WHOOP data for advertising. We disclose information only to infrastructure providers that help operate the Service, when you direct us to do so, or when required by law. Providers are permitted to process information only for the services they supply to us.

Data retention and deletion

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain required records, and resolve security or operational issues. You may disconnect the Service through your WHOOP account settings. You may also request deletion of information held by the Service by contacting us at the address below.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices

You may decline or revoke WHOOP authorization at any time. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with the Service, subject to applicable law and necessary identity verification.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service changes. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest version.
